FlynnNco Embroidery Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with FlynnNco. We take great pride in our products and want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below to understand the process in case of any issues with your order.

  1. Inspection Upon Receiving
    All items must be thoroughly checked upon receipt. We highly recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives to ensure there are no defects or issues.

  2. Faults and Damaged Items
    If you receive an item with any defects or damage, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You must send us clear photographs showing the fault or damage to help us process your return request promptly.

  3. Return Conditions
    In the case of a faulty or damaged item, the item must be returned to us in its original condition, with original packaging intact. Items that are not returned in this manner may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  4. Return Process
    To begin the return process, please contact us with your order details, including photographs of the fault. We will guide you on how to proceed with the return.

Shipping/Collection Policy:  All items that are purchased will be shipped or ready to collect within a 14 WORKING DAY turnaround time.  However sometimes this may run over if stock is limited or as a family run business a family emergency occurs but rest assured you will be contacted if in doubt your order was to run over the 14 working day turnaround time.

Preorder items: all preorder items are not in stock, these are specifically for an occasion such as Easter, Christmas etc. These will be made upon us receiving them and completing them before the occasion date, as stated on the order. 

Amendments to order:  We understand that everyone changes their mind sometimes and that isn't a problem however we cannot guarantee that change can be made every time as some orders are made shortly after the order is placed. However if you would like to change anything on your order please reach out ASAP to see if this is possible. 

Postage delays or lost orders:  Once your order has been marked as shipped and tracking number has been provided we cannot take responsibility for delays or loss of order caused by the courier. Please give 14 working days before reaching out to us as we are aware couriers sometimes experience long delays especially in busy periods.
